You find that your favorite pair of jeans are too tight, what are you going to do?
Well my initial reply is that I will simply buy a new pair of jeans, seems the smart answer. There is nothing worse then when a favorite garment no longer fits though. There could be any number of reasons why they do not fit though which does not have to mean you gained weight. I would check the weight though…..and well maybe I would need to think about cutting out some sugars for a little while.
