What’s your favorite cocktail to make?

Sex on the beach and a mimosa. Man it has been a very long time since I have gone ahead and made any of these kinds of drinks for myself. I think it is going to be time very soon that I correct that. Oh yeah and I promise I am still working for the goals post, honestly.

January 12th is work harder day. Do you think you need to work harder?

Sorry that noise you heard was probably me laughing. No I do not think I need to work harder. I work very hard every day for long hours. It may not always seem to outsiders like I am working (yes I spend a lot of time typing away on the laptop) but looks can be deceiving. All that typing is writing..writing..writing….research…editing and more writing.

What’s your favorite type of tree?

This is kind of a tough one for me. I like a lot of different kinds of trees and I like them for different reasons. If I could only pick one however, I would pick the Birch. This may change next week I always tend to flux on what I am enjoying most but I really do love birch trees. There was one at the top of a hill at Camp Northwoods that was tradition to pat when you passed it for luck. I never failed to pat it.

Do you know what your name means?

I do not think I know anyone who hasn’t looked up the meaning of their name at one point in live or another. That said of course I know the meaning of my name. The fun part is that it is listed as both a Greek origin name and an Indian origin name. Why is that interesting you say? Lot’s of names have a basis in more then one culture you say very true but they do not often mean……the exact same thing in both cultures. Ambrosia means food of the gods in both cultures. Neat eh?

What did you have for breakfast?

I really should not be answering this one honestly lol. I wish I could say I had some really super healthy home cooked breakfast today but I didn’t. I had a handful of fun size twix and a cup of milk.

What is your favorite part of your home and why?

This can be a tough one to answer because the favorite places switches depending on several factors. I will say that the yard and being outside is one of the more favorite places I have because I enjoy the outdoors. I find a certain peace in going out on a nice day with the dogs and sitting quietly while I crochet. There is a certain peace with that. I will also say my craft area would be a favorite as well because well duh I love to do my crafts. Crochet makes me so happy. I think if I could just sit and crochet all day every day I would.

Sadly the Thats my answer blog is still not updates. I may end up changing my link soon. Next week I think if it is still down. In the mean time however Trello is helpful and giving me some questions so today we have.

What are your favourite condiments? Do you ever travel with any of them, you know, just in case?

Ketchup is my number one favourite condiment. I prefer Heinz. The good thing about that is most places I have been to out and about in the world also use Heinz so I never really worry about bringing it with me. I also prefer Catalina dressing. I like ranch and I recently found out I don’t mind certain kinds of bleu cheese as long as they are mild. I also really enjoy Caesar. With all of that said Catalina is my number one favorite. I grew up eating it and it was one my Dad enjoys too. Catalina is not offered in any restaurants and not anywhere but the US so yes that one I will bring a bottle with me when I travel. Some folks will complain and say it is just French dressing. It is not the tang is different.

If you could not work for a year, what would you do?

You do mean other then standing around looking confused right? Cause that would be my first instinct. To look very confused. Like why am I not working..why am I not doing things. What am I going to do with all of this free time? How will I make my brain ever turn off? I know it sounds very odd but that is how things go with me my brain is always running on about something.

Example trying to sleep yesterday I was in that state of nearly fully asleep when suddenly my brain decided it would be a fantastic idea to crochet an entire Tudor era gown. Like, yes we could do this and make it look like this and maybe even crochet the chemise and….then I fell asleep.

I digress if I could not work for an entire year I would spend time with the kiddos, I would crochet more then I already do. I would work on my OWN novel (yeah I have like 6 or 7 started) and most of all I would try to sleep a lot. Sleep is the one thing I seem to lack the most in my life. Going to live dangerously and not proof read this post before I hit publish too go me! 😉

How many tattoos do you have and what’s your favorite one? Why?

Well the first part is very easy I have 12 tattoos currently, one is not completely finished yet. It is hard to say which one is my favorite. I love them all and I got each one of them for a personal reason. I am going to say though that right now my Cleopatra is my favorite because it is the newest and I can hardly wait for it to be completed.
