Where I live and work there aren’t too many food trucks, but a few pop up every now and then. I was beyond excited when we happened to be at a brewery where The Waffle Lab food truck was one day, their waffles were delicious! Do you have the opportunity to eat from food trucks? Do you have a favorite?
I love food trucks. Yes you read that right. I LOVE food trucks. You see these days they are not just little pit stop things were you might worry about the food some. No today you get high quality food goodness at a relatively reasonable price. I mean seriously have you seen some of the food trucks lately?
