I am having a sleep issue today and havent been to sleep yet. So I ask. Has anyone ever had trouble going to sleep?
yes I have had lots of times having a hard time going to sleep, or now it is always going back to sleep after I am up with my daughter in the middle of the night. I lay there, thinking of all these things I want to blog about, do the next day, listening to her breath…it doesn’t matter I just can’t go back to sleep. When I finally do, it makes it hard to get up in the morning, and it would have been easier to just get up in the middle of the night…
Oh, yes. I’ve tried taking an over the counter sleep aid sometimes but turns out I’m allergic. Now I just get up & read.
Thanks to a snoring husband, I have sleep issues every night. My best friend is Ambien.
