Born in the Tundra of Minnesota, I have since become a bit of a Gypsy. Currently calling home base the hot sands of Arizona, I do still travel often. Whether the journey is a physical one, or one taken by reading a fantastic book it doesn't matter, the fun is always in the adventure. As always I am an eclectic person that likes a wide array of things and has many passions. Creating, advocating for animals and Mothering just to name a few.

1. Have you ever belonged to a Christmas Club savings account? If so, did you actually use that check for Christmas shopping? I had no idea they had them so no.

2. For a few years in a row, you receive a nice tax refund: do you make an adjustment with your payroll deduction so they’ll take less, or do you leave it that way so that you can continue to receive the big check every spring? I like the nice check in the spring. It is a treat.

3. How likely are you to put such a check towards paying off bills rather than spending it on something for yourself? We split it.Some of it goes to a treat for us. Some of it goes to paying bills. Same with our Summer refund for rent.

4. Roughly what percentage of the time do you make at least double the minimum payment due to a credit card company? I don’t have Credit Cards.

5. Take the quiz: What’s Your Money Personality?

Your Money Personality is Tightwad

You don’t spend money unless you absolutely have to.

And when you do spend, you try to go for the cheapest option possible.

You’re not a penny pincher because you’re poor. In fact, you may have the most cash of anyone you know.

You’re a true saver. You feel safest when you can watch your bank account grow.

While more people should follow your lead, make sure you’re not depriving yourself.

Spend enough money to take care of yourself in the short term, so you’ll be healthy and happy for the long term.

6. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the most stressful, how much stress are your finances causing you right now? About a 6 or so.
