Born in the Tundra of Minnesota, I have since become a bit of a Gypsy. Currently calling home base the hot sands of Arizona, I do still travel often. Whether the journey is a physical one, or one taken by reading a fantastic book it doesn't matter, the fun is always in the adventure. As always I am an eclectic person that likes a wide array of things and has many passions. Creating, advocating for animals and Mothering just to name a few.
I know I have not done much activity on this blog in the last many months and infact I have SO many Atc’s I should post I am going to simply wipe out the list of what “should” be posted and start fresh for the new year. The other thing that will be changing for the new year is the blog location and design.
We will be moving to WordPress (same domain address do not worry) and will have a whole new design. I can not wait to show it to you! So if you see some things changing do not worry to much..all will be set to rights soon.
We can all proceed to cringe about the rate increase..and they have now unveiled the new postage stamp for international mailing. It is not bad but it is not great Russia, Finland, Sweden their stamps put ours to shame. http://uspsstampsblogs.files.wordpress.com/2011/12/single4.jpg
I made this ATC for a swap that was canceled but I still like the ATC and I will send it on at some point. Andy Whitfield was in Spartacus and sadly lost his battle with cancer on 9/11.
I know this blog has been very silent as of late. Let me just say that moving ended up being much harder on me than I thought. Very sick, and got WAY behind on my writing. That said I am feeling better now, not tip top but well enough to get writing again. I missed you all and look forward to posting the mail art and goodies again as they come in.
Almost anyways, once again the evil sick hit me down again. That is why the lack of updates i am afraid. I have a whole lot of catching up to do with everyone and alot of scanning to do. I promise it will come, but first I need to widdle this mail pile down. I think I have close to 100 letters to respond to. Writers cramp here I come…
But I am oh so happy to be feeling a bit better again.
